Ever since I met Liz Baca of M.I.S.S crew at a Fila shoe release party 2 yrs ago, I saw her talons and fell in love! I asked her where she got her nails did and she said she got em’ done at I Valley, I knew right there I had to hit it up. Since then I have been making it my mission to go there, and being that I recently just had a birthday I figured it would be the perfect opportunity to go. So me and my big sister headed down to L.E.S. to get our nails did. Look at my finished product……

My love affair with the Bodega Sandwich

 

If you live in NYC or any major city in you probably have seen these mom and pop convenience stores know as the corner store or bodega. Many seem to be disappearing thanks to gentrification which pisses me off but that is a whole other post. Any-who, the best thing about the bodega is the food! Whether you want breakfast,lunch or dinner the bodega is the spot for your hunger. Ever since I was little my love has been with the hero sandwich, and no one make a better sandwich than the bodega! I mean where else would you get a sandwich that looks like this….

cause you won’t find this beauty in Subway! 5 dollar foot long my ass! Try $4.00 and $3.00 on a roll. So my friends, if your in the mood for a good sandwich fuck Subway and Quzinos head on down to your local hood bodega! You will get more for your money!
