The Brooklyn Museum had a really dope exhibit of artist Keith Haring that has been open since March and I’ve had the chance to see it twice. Once with my bf and the other time this past Saturday with my homegirls. Here are some of Keith’s iconic work:

Chicago based Artist Dzine has comprised an awesome 192 page book on the history of nail art and some of their own artwork. This book will feature artists photographs of nail artists, nail art(of course) nail salons and its clientele. This book will also feature famous contributors such as Fab 5 Freddy, Jamel Shabazz and many others. Being a nail art enthusiast, I must have this book!! Nailed is available at The Standard until Feb 1st. There will also be a Nailed exhibit at The Standard Hotel and Spa in Miami that will feature a nail salon installation. Too bad I’m not in Miami! To my fellow nail art enthusiasts, make sure you get yourself a copy. It will change your life!
