Nail Love: Loni goes to Keeko’s Nail & Spa
16 SepAs I was surfing the web for nail designs I came to this website for Keeko’s nail & spa. When I scrolled down for the contact info they said they were located in Ontario. I said to myself “damn just my luck!” but I remembered that one of my peeps Loni has been looking for a dope nail spot in the Ontario area. So I immediately hit her up with the info. Check out her experience at Keeko’s and her nails did!
Girrrrl! Good lookin out on Keeko’s. I just got home from the salon. It only took me 20 minutes to get there by subway which is decent. If you’d like to post it up on your blog, here’s the scoop and a pic:
I already had a full set of gels and 3D that I had done in LA so Judy (the fabulous salon owner) filed them down, cleaned, filled and added sparkles, pearls and rhinestones. The finishing touch was the 2 pearl-coloured roses, one for each ring finger. Of all the nail technician’s work I’ve seen, Judy was by far the most meticulous. She kept the gel thin and very natural looking. She’s been doing nails for about 15 years so her art has certainly been perfected. Plus, she has a lot of material options for 3D. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this spot and will be a returning customer from now on!

Oh so blue..
24 AprHeaded to my nail spot yesterday for my bi-weekly fill-in and I was in mood for something bright and girly. So i opted to go with new blue nail polish called mesmerize by Essie that I copped from Ricky’s NYC(FYI if you want some off the wall nail polish colors by the best brands hit up Rickys). My original design was gonna be checkerboard design but being as my nail spot doesn’t have airbrush anymore(whomp whomp) I to do a little 3d action…
